By accessing or using Handy Hound Pro ("Service"), operated by Real Innovation Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Handy Hound Pro is a pay-per-lead platform that captures, qualifies, and delivers leads to clients ("Clients") via integrations with third-party services including Jobber, Stripe, and advertising platforms. The Service includes lead capture landing pages, a client portal, and an administrative dashboard.
Clients are granted access by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Leads are delivered according to the terms agreed upon between the Company and the Client ("Client Terms"). Client Terms specify pricing, dispute windows, qualification criteria, and capacity limits. Leads are billed at the price specified in the Client Terms version active at the time the lead was received. Clients may dispute leads within the dispute window specified in their terms by flagging leads as junk with a valid reason. Leads not disputed within the window are automatically marked as billable.
Invoices are generated on a weekly basis and payable within 7 days of receipt. Payment is processed via Stripe. The Company reserves the right to pause lead delivery if outstanding invoices exceed the balance cap specified in your terms. Late payments may be subject to service suspension.
Clients may flag delivered leads as junk within their dispute window using the provided reasons (out of area, renter, wrong service, under value, no answer after 5+ attempts, spam). Disputes are reviewed by the Company and may be upheld or denied. If a client creates a quote or job in Jobber for a disputed lead, the dispute is automatically waived.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Jobber, Stripe, Meta, Google, and Mapbox. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services. OAuth tokens for integrations like Jobber are encrypted at rest.
Property valuations sourced from county property appraiser records are provided as-is. Self-reported qualifiers (square footage, garage size) are recorded but are not independently verified and are not grounds for post-site-visit disputes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, outstanding invoices remain payable. The Company may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
