Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026

1. Introduction

Handy Hound Pro ("Service"), operated by Real Innovation Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), is committed to protecting the privacy of our users, clients, and the individuals whose information is submitted through our lead capture forms ("Leads"). This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal information.

2. Information We Collect

From Leads (form submissions): Name, phone number, email address, property address, zip code, city, state, and any additional qualifying information submitted via our landing pages (e.g., service needed, timeline, square footage). We also collect TCPA consent timestamps, IP addresses, and browser user agent strings.

From Clients (portal users): Email address, login session data, and activity within the client portal.

Automatically collected: UTM parameters, click identifiers (gclid, fbclid, tblci), page URLs, and device information for attribution and analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Information

  • To deliver leads to clients via SMS, email, and Jobber integrations
  • To verify lead quality against county property records
  • To process billing and invoicing
  • To fire offline conversion events to advertising platforms (Meta, Google) for campaign optimization
  • To send speed-to-lead alerts and weekly performance reports
  • To prevent fraud and duplicate submissions

4. Information Sharing

We share lead information with:

  • The named service provider: The single business named in the consent shown at the time of submission — and no other — receives contact and qualifying information
  • Jobber: Lead data is pushed to the client's Jobber account as service requests
  • Advertising platforms: Hashed (SHA-256) phone numbers and email addresses are sent to Meta and Google for offline conversion tracking. Raw personal information is never sent to ad platforms.
  • Stripe: Client billing information for invoice processing
  • Twilio/Resend: Phone numbers and email addresses for delivery notifications
  • Mapbox: Property addresses for autocomplete (no personal identifiers)

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. TCPA Compliance

Our landing pages and chat include a consent checkbox that names the specific service provider who will receive the request, alongside Handy Hound Pro. Consent is given to those named businesses only — it is not shared with, or transferred to, any other business.

We record, against each lead, the exact consent wording the person was shown, the businesses it named, the page they were on, and a server-side timestamp. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and the person may reply STOP at any time to opt out.

6. Data Retention

Lead data is retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 2 years for billing and compliance purposes. Audit logs are retained indefinitely. Clients may request deletion of their portal account data by contacting us.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • AES-256-GCM encryption for third-party OAuth tokens at rest
  • Row-level security (RLS) on all database tables ensuring clients can only access their own data
  • HMAC signature verification on inbound webhooks (Meta, Stripe)
  • Rate limiting on public form submission endpoints
  • Admin API endpoints protected by JWT authentication and role verification

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our landing pages may use cookies set by advertising platforms (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) for conversion tracking. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking. The client portal uses session-based authentication via Supabase.

9. Your Rights

If you submitted information through one of our landing pages and wish to:

  • Access the information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Opt out of future communications

Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

To stop calls and texts immediately, use our Do Not Contact form, reply STOP to any text, or call (855) 752-6006. This takes effect at once — it does not wait on the 30 days above, and any business we previously shared your request with is notified to stop.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered clients. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
